Pure Encapsulations® B12 Folate E, 90 Caps.

Vitamin B12 and folic acid work closely together in the metabolism, which is why an increased supply of vitamin B12 is usually useful in parallel with an increased need for folic acid. Both vitamins of the B group are important for cell division, normal mental function and blood formation. Metafolin®, the active form of folic acid, is optimally absorbed and utilised by the body. Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin (activated form) can also be used quickly and effectively in the organism.
