Application

Take a test stick out of the protective foil. - Remove the cap from the test stick. - Align the purple arrow on the ovulation test stick with the purple arrow on the test holder. - Insert the test stick until you hear it click into place. - When you have inserted the test stick correctly, the ovulation test holder is switched on automatically. - When you use the test fixture for the first time, the "New cycle" symbol flashes briefly. - Carry out the test immediately as soon as the "Test ready" symbol is displayed. - Hold the test stick with the absorbent test tip downwards in your urine stream for exactly 3 seconds. - Alternatively, you can collect a urine sample in a clean, dry container. Dip the test tip of the test stick into the urine for 15 seconds. - The "Test ready" symbol starts flashing after one minute. This indicates that the test is running. - After 1 minute, the flashing "Test ready" symbol indicates that the test is running. - Hold the ovulation test stick with the test tip down or lay it flat on a surface. Never hold the test stick with the absorbent test tip pointing upwards while performing the test. - The result appears on the display after 5 minutes. An empty circle represents low fertility. If you have sexual intercourse on less fertile days, the likelihood of conception is low. A flashing smiley indicates high fertility. If you have sexual intercourse on this day, the chance of pregnancy is higher. A solidly lit smiley indicates the two most fertile days. If you have sexual intercourse on these days, the chance of pregnancy is highest. The maximum fertility is displayed on 2 days. However, you can stop testing as soon as it is displayed for the first time.

If you see more than 9 days of high fertility, you can stop testing for that cycle - If you started testing on the correct day for your cycle length and see 9 or more days of high fertility, it is unlikely that you will see maximum fertility this cycle. - Occasionally, some women have too weak an LH surge for the test to detect, or they do not ovulate in a cycle. Therefore, they do not get days of maximum fertility displayed. This is not uncommon and occurs in about 8% of all cycles. If you do not get maximum fertility indicated for 3 consecutive cycles, we recommend that you discuss this with your doctor. Test only once a day until you see high fertility - To get reliable results for high fertility, you need to pass the first urine after the longest sleep period. - If you get high fertility indicated, you can test more frequently. However, avoid high fluid intake before testing. If you remove batteries from the test fixture, you can no longer use the fixture.
