Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125 ml) and leave to infuse for 10 minutes, covered. Then swirl the filter bag and squeeze it well. Drink the tea several times a day, warm or cold, in sips. TIP: Dr. Kottas Thyme Tea is also excellent for inhalations (use four filter bags for half a litre of hot water).
