GeloMyrtol must not be taken,
- if you are allergic to eucalyptus oil, sweet orange oil, myrtle oil, lemon oil or any of the other ingredients listed in section 6. other ingredients of this medicine.

Warnings and Precautions
Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking GeloMyrtol.Particular caution is needed when taking GeloMyrtol if kidney stones or gallstones are present, as in rare cases they can be set in motion, and if you have inflammatory bowel disease.
Do not take GeloMyrtol after meals.

Children
GeloMyrtol is not suitable for children under 7 years of age due to its size.

Pregnancy and breast-feeding

Caution is advised when using GeloMyrtol during pregnancy and breast-feeding.

Driving and ability to operate machinery
GeloMyrtol has no or negligible effect on driving and ability to operate machinery.

GeloMyrtol contains sorbitol
Please take GeloMyrtol only after consulting your doctor if you are known to have an intolerance to certain sugars.

How should the medicine be taken?

How to take GeloMyrtol ?

Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.

The recommended dose for adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over is:

For acute inflammatory conditions, 1 capsule 3 - 4 times daily. For chronic conditions, take 1 capsule 2 times daily. This dosage is also recommended for long-term treatment.
In order to facilitate morning expectoration in chronic bronchitis, an additional 1 capsule can be taken in the evening before going to bed.
Use in children
Children aged 7-11 years take 2-3 times 1 capsule daily for acute symptoms, 1-2 times 1 capsule daily for chronic symptoms.

Contents of the pack and further information
What GeloMyrtol contains
- The active ingredient in 1 capsule is: 300 mg distillate of a mixture of rectified eucalyptus oil, rectified sweet orange oil, rectified myrtle oil and rectified lemon oil (66:32:1:1).
- The other ingredients are: Refined rapeseed oil, gelatine, glycerol 85%, dry substance of sorbitol solution 70% (non-crystallising), hypromellose acetate succinate, triethyl citrate, sodium dodecyl sulphate, talc, dextrin, glycyrrhizic acid (ammonium salt), lecithin (vegetable) in traces.

GeloMyrtol is a natural coloured, oblong capsule available in packs of 20, 50 and 100 capsules.
Not all pack sizes may be marketed.
