- Relief of digestive complaints such as a feeling of pressure and fullness, nausea, belching and flatulence
- Support of a low-fat diet; supports fat digestion after heavy and sumptuous meals.

The use of this traditional herbal medicine in the above-mentioned areas of application is based exclusively on many years of use.

Cynarix forte - Coated tablets must not be taken,
- if you are allergic to artichoke leaves, to other plants of the daisy family (e.g. arnica, chrysanthemum, etc.).(e.g. arnica, chrysanthemum) or any of the other ingredients of this medicine listed in section 6. other ingredients of this medicine mentioned in section 6,
- if you suffer from diseases of the bile ducts (such as obstruction of the bile ducts, inflammation of the bile ducts, gallstones),
- if you have inflammation of the liver.

Children

Pregnancy and breast-feeding
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, or if you suspect you may be pregnant or intend to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.

Since there are insufficient data, it cannot be recommended to take this medicine during pregnancy and breast-feeding.

Driving and ability to operate machinery
Cynarix forte - Coated tablets has no or negligible effect on the ability to drive and operate machinery.

Cynarix forte-coated tablets contain sugar (sucrose). Therefore, please take this medicine only after consulting your doctor if you are known to suffer from a sugar intolerance.

How should the medicine be taken?

How to take Cynarix forte - Dragees?

Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as agreed with your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The recommended dose is
Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over: 1 coated tablet 2 times daily

Use in children
Use in children under 12 years of age is not recommended as insufficient data are available.

Take Cynarix forte - Coated tablets unchewed at mealtimes with sufficient liquid (e.g. 1 glass of water).
If the symptoms persist or worsen after 2 weeks of intake, a doctor should be consulted.

If you have taken a larger amount of Cynarix forte - Drageesthan you should
No cases of overdose have been reported.
If you forget to take Cynarix forte - Coated tablets
Do not take double the amount if you have forgotten to take it before.

What Cynarix forte - Coated tablets contain
The active substance is: Artichoke leaf extract.
1 coated tablet contains 600 mg extract of artichoke leaves (as dry extract) from Cynara scolymus L., folium, DEV=4-6:1, extractant: water.

The other ingredients are: Sucrose, silicon dioxide, maltodextrin, talc, hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, gum arabic, titanium dioxide (E 171), eudragit E, methyl cellulose, calcium carbonate, povidone K30, glycerol 85%, montanglycol wax.
