Schuessler salt no. 1 Calcium fluoratum

No. 1 is used for ligament weakness, both overstretching and hardening of tendons and ligaments.

We need the Schüßler salt no. 1 for a firm as well as elastic skin and for the regression of stretched tissue after pregnancy.
 
Calcium fluoratum helps with bendy or splintering nails and thin hair.
Loose teeth become firm again.

A deficiency of calcium fluoratum leads to a stretching or hardening of the connective tissue as well as to excessive callus formation.

Application

The application results from the described functions of the minerals. Let the tablets melt in the mouth or dissolve them in water in portions throughout the day and take them in sips. The dosage depends on the strength of the need.
