It doesn't take much to make a delicious tarte flambée: simply top the Tante Fanny Fresh Tarte Flambée Dough with fresh ingredients according to your taste and bake. Recipe Idea - Caramelised Peach Pancake

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pkg. Aunt Fanny Fresh Tarte Dough 260 g rolled up on baking paper
  • 125 g Top creamy
  • 1 - 2 tbsp;milk
  • 4 tbsp;sugar
  • 1 pkg. vanilla sugar
  • 3 -4 peaches cut into wedges
  • .
  • 2 tbsp;flaked almonds
  • 1 tbsp;butter
  • 4 tbsp;blueberries
  • Mint leaves to sprinkle
  • .

Preparation
Step 1: Preheat oven to 220° C top/bottom heat and process dough directly from the refrigerator.
Step 2: Mix the curd, milk, 1 tbsp. sugar and vanilla sugar well.
Step 3: Unroll the dough on the baking tray with the baking paper rolled along, fold in the edge of the dough 1 cm as desired. Spread the mixture to the edge of the pastry and sprinkle with flaked almonds.
Step 4: Bake in the oven for 15 - 20 min. on the lowest rack until crispy.
Step 5: Caramelise 3 tbsp sugar in a pan, remove from the heat and carefully stir in the butter. Carefully stir in the peach slices.
Step 6: Spread the caramelised peaches, blueberries and mint leaves over the finished tarte flambée.
