Preparation:

Oven:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan oven). Cut open the bag and put the contents in a pot that is not too big, otherwise the sauce will evaporate. Place the pot in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Then tear the meat with two forks and mix with the enclosed sauce.

Grill:
Preheat the grill to 200 °C. Cut open the bag and put the contents in a pot that is not too big, otherwise the sauce will evaporate. Place the pot on the grill (indirect grilling) and grill for 25-30 minutes. Then tear the meat with two forks and mix with the enclosed sauce. Time may vary depending on the existing temperature.
