Violife grated with mozzarella flavour is excellent as a melting topping for casseroles, pizza and gratinated vegetables. But it is also a real treat when melted in sauces and soups!  
 

RECIPE IDEA FOR STUFFED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS WITH VIOLIFE MOZZARELLA TASTE (serves 6)

● 300g Violife with Violife Mozzarella Flavoured SEPARATE ● 6 organic Portobello mushrooms ● 200g organic cherry tomatoes (halved) ● 100g organic coconut butter ● 2 organic garlic cloves (minced) ● fresh organic basil chopped ● organic extra virgin olive oil ● salt and freshly grated pepper

Preparation
In a bowl, mix the cherry tomatoes, basil, a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Heat the coconut butter in a small pan. Remove the pan from the heat, add the garlic and a little salt and pepper. Brush the portobello mushrooms with the coconut butter mixture.
Place the mushrooms on baking paper and fill each mushroom with the cherry tomato mixture. Then add the grated Violife with Mozzarella flavour on top. Bake in the preheated oven at 220 ℃ for about 10 minutes.
