Mandl's BIO Goat Cheese Balls Herbs 150g
Mediterranean herbs like thyme, oregano or sage give our creamy goat cheese balls the taste of the sunny south. Delicious with fresh baguette and a glass of iced white wine - or simply nibbled straight from the glass.
Ideal with crusty wholemeal bread and crunchy vegetables or simply nibbled straight from the jar.
About the manufacturer:
The success story of Mandl's Ziegenhof began when the first goat "Ester" came to the farm in 1996. The first goat cheese balls were soon produced from the valuable goat milk. As the customer base grew, so did the flock of goats. Thus, the dairy and cattle fattening farm was converted to pure goat husbandry and 100% BIO in 2002.
.When Michael took over the business in 2012, it experienced another boom. The number of goats was increased, a new, modern cheese dairy was built and the barn was expanded. Michael and his team lovingly look after the goats' well-being every day.
