The Moët-&-Chandon style is characterised by radiant fruitiness, seductive palate notes and elegant ripeness.
.RADIANT FRUIT
.
During the production process, Moët & Chandon wines are always protected from oxidation
This non-oxidative preparation:
• preserves the character of the grapes
.
• has a positive effect on the storability of the wines
.
• preserves the original fruitiness of the grapes
MALOLACTIC GAUM NOTE
.
Malolactic fermentation softens the acidity. The systematic use of the Meunier grape provides a fleshy impact, while the long ageing on the lees gives finer perlage and velvety texture.
The Brut dosage of Moët & Chandon is lower than usual in Champagne. The wines are therefore characterised by a generous taste. Fullness, suppleness and accessibility are other typical characteristics.
ELEGANT Maturity
Moët & Chandon champagnes are aged on average twice as long as legally required. This is how they gain complexity and depth. By interrupting the development at the appropriate time, they acquire an engaging fruity character. Patience is needed so that time can shape the wine.
Tasting Notes: Intense and round. The juicy, lingering intensity of red fruits: strawberries, raspberries and red currants. Fleshy, firm peaches. A fresh, subtle menthol note.
.Storage: Store lying down in a cool (10-15°C), dark place, protect from shocks.
