The Castillo de Aresan winery is located in the heart of the Castilla-La Mancha region on the Meseta plateau at 750 metres above sea level. M. in the small village of Viellarrobledo. The climatic conditions of the plateau favour the excellent ripening of high quality grapes thanks to the thermal oscillation between day and night. The sustainable, organic approach is considered a principle for the winery in order to harvest healthy and fully ripe berries.

The extraordinary thing about this powerful red wine is the 6-month maturation in former American oak bourbon barrels. The result is an impressive taste with fine elegance, complexity and a voluminous body. The red wine shows an intense violet colour with seductive aromas of black fruits, opulent toffee, with hints of coconut and fine toasted nuances. Impressively dense, finessed and complex on the palate with a finish that seems endless.
