Domaine de Tholomies
The estate is located 30 km from Carcassonne and nestles on the slopes of the Montagne Noire. This is where the 49 ha of vines are located, of which about 15 ha will become the Cru Minervois La Livinière in the next 5 years. The Domaine de Tholomies has a long and very eventful history. The first visible traces of the abbey "Abbaye de Tholomies" are Roman.
