Falafel mixture
From this gluten-free Alnatura dry mix you can quickly and easily prepare 15 to 17 falafel balls. The basis of this organic blend is chickpea meal and flour, finely tuned with onion, garlic and spices such as cumin and coriander. The falafel balls are quick to make and taste great with salad, pita bread or pickled vegetables. With a hummus dip, they are a special treat. All agricultural ingredients are organic.

Bio Trockenmischung mit Kichererbsenschrot zur Zubereitung von Falafel.
Zutaten: Kichererbsenschrot* 56 %, Kichererbsenmehl* 35 %, Zwiebeln*, Meersalz, Petersilie*, Koriander*, Kreuzkümmel*, Weißer Pfeffer*, Knoblauchpulver*.
*aus biologischer Landwirtschaft.
Kann Spuren von Nüssen und Sesam enthalten.
Trocken & vor Wärme geschützt lagern.
Zubereitsungsempfehlung: 1. Packungsinhalt in einer Schüssel mit 260 ml kochendem Wasser aufgießen, anrühren und 15 Minuten quellen lassen. 2. Aus dem Teig mit angefeuchteten Händen, je nach gewünschter Größe, ca. 16 teelöffelgroße Bällchen formen. 3. In einer beschichteten Pfanne reichlich Öl erhitzen und die Falafel von allen Seiten goldbraun braten.
