The Fine. Tiroler Speck g.g.A. Karreespeck, which has always been our finest bacon, is made by hand from specially selected pieces of pork back according to traditional recipes and methods. Mildly smoked over beech wood and dried in our Tyrolean mountain air, it acquires its mildly spicy flavour after a very long maturing period.

HANDL TYROL is an Austrian family business based in Pians/Tyrol that has specialised in the production of original Tyrolean bacon, ham, raw sausage and roast specialities since 1902. As an ambassador of Tyrolean culinary culture, HANDL TYROL guarantees the traditional production of original Tyrolean specialities - today just as in the past - according to the recipes of our great-grandfather.
Storage conditions:
Store unrefrigerated at room temperature, refrigerate after opening and consume within 5 days.
