Variety: Agria
The potatoes are grown on the fields of the family farm in the Leiser mountains (Weinviertel). The Agria variety tastes excellent and is easy to process. We won the "Golden Earth Apple" in 2019 with this variety.
The ideal potatoes for mashed potatoes, chips, roast potatoes or dumplings. Also a tasty side dish when just cooked.
