The spicy roasted vegetable steak mix consisting of red beans, crunchy carrot slices, red pepper, golden corn and runner beans. The roasted vegetables are ideal with short roasted meat or as a base for Mexican dishes.

Preparation in the pan:
Place the contents of the packet, unthawed, in a strongly heated pan without adding any more fat. Roast over a high heat, turning frequently, for about 8 minutes.
