Isigny Crème Fraiche AOP
Cultured cream from the Isisgny-Sainte-Mère cooperative in Normandy. The only French cream with the AOP quality mark.
About the manufacturer:
The Isigny Sainte-Mère cooperative is located in the heart of Normandy and is known for its Camembert, made according to Norman milk tradition. The milk comes from the 430 farms of the cooperative members and is collected within a radius of 50 km around the dairy. Thanks to the unique and protected terroir, the cows can graze on exceptional meadows and thus provide milk of the best quality.
