Low-fat yogurt with jam - that's it! Blackberries for our drinking yogurt - of course only real jam made from real organic fruits!

Our low-fat yogurt mixed with blackberry jam. These are the ingredients, no water or the like. Low-fat yogurt is naturally more liquid due to the fat reduction and is therefore the perfect raw material for a delicious summer-tasting drinking yogurt.

Organic and regional real fruits are the raw material for our fruit spreads (jams), a new experience for the palate! Sugar is only added to the jam as much as is absolutely necessary for the shelf life, the jams contain nothing but Austrian organic sugar and pectin - grandma does it no differently! 

About the manufacturer:

In 2016, Bernhard and Julia Kurz took over the farm from Bernhard's parents, converted it to organic and started direct marketing.

A lot has happened since then: new barn, new production building and many consistently ecological changes to the farm. Today, great, unmistakable dairy products with the claim to be so simple, natural and handmade can convince our customers. All products contain no additives, no artificial preservatives and only as many ingredients as absolutely necessary.

All ingredients are sourced from other organic farmers, a promise that goes without saying for us!

Organic farmers by conviction - we set the highest standards for everything we do, whether in animal husbandry or in milk processing.
Animal husbandry: BIO AUSTRIA, horned animals, mother-bound rearing, compost barn, low-input - roughage-based feeding, ox breeding, ...

Milk processing: BIO AUSTRIA, raw milk, only freshly milked milk is processed, ingredients organic and from (Lower) Austria, no conversion agents, everything in a returnable glass, filled by hand, ...
