Loidl Salami Selection. A naturally matured gourmet experience - Delicious, naturally matured salamis, attractively packaged - that's the Loidl Salami Selection. In addition to a house salami, there is also the fine Parmesan salami, the noble salamis mature for up to 12 weeks until they have reached their fine taste. But not only the Parmesan salami, also the pepper salami is wrapped by hand. A spicy kick for lovers. The coarse farmer's salami completes the successful composition.
About the producer:
In the idyllic St. Stefan im Rosental, nestled in the gentle hills of south-eastern Styria, is the home of LOIDL Salami. The dreamy place offers the optimal conditions for the naturally matured delicacies.
Salami production is one of the premier disciplines in sausage production - our salamis are matured for at least 12 weeks. The noble mold is the Loidl quality criterion for natural maturation. Our salami snacks are a special specialty.
Storage conditions:
Store refrigerated at +2°C to +6°C. Store refrigerated after opening and consume within 2-3 days.
