Pure Encapsulations® Magnesium (Magnesium Citrate)

Mineral for metabolism, heart, bones and muscles! Organically bound magnesium, in the form of magnesium citrate, has very good bioavailability compared to inorganic compounds (e.g. magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate) and can therefore be optimally absorbed by the body. In addition, the hypoallergenic magnesium citrate is also maximally tolerated by allergy sufferers and sensitive persons. It is now widely known that repeated calf cramps and tense muscles are often associated with a magnesium deficiency. In addition, magnesium has much broader functions for energy metabolism, bone formation, cell function and protection of the cell walls. Magnesium activates more than 300 enzyme systems and is of great importance for carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism.
