The ham manufactory THUM brings the American classic to Vienna and produces it in the usual THUM manner with great care and sensitivity.
The brisket of Austrian BIO beef is cured in a brine and smoked with a hearty spice mixture. Thinly sliced, it is perfect as a topping for a hearty sandwich with fried onions, spicy mustard and pickled gherkins.
