Salzberg, Gabarinza, Alter Berg, Edelgraben - in the large individual vineyards of Gernot & Heike Heinrich, different worlds open up that nevertheless have a common goal: Exploring potential. The premises for this are cool limestone steep slopes on the Leithaberg and a modulated topography with a warmer climate around the winery in Gols. Biodynamic cultivation, a handful of autochthonous grape varieties with Blaufränkisch as the spearhead, and careful and thoughtful cellar work set the tone; manual labour and craftsmanship pave the way, and time takes its course.
