Corimia® is a traditional herbal medicinal product for the relief of symptoms of
- nervous tension
- and nervous heart conditions such as palpitations, after serious illnesses have been ruled out by a doctor.
The active ingredient of this medicine contains the above-ground parts of the medicinal plant motherwort. The decision for motherwort in Corimia® is based on comprehensive studies and the traditional use of this plant. The EMA (European Medicines Agency) has classified motherwort as effective and safe for use in nervous tension and nervous heart conditions (palpitations). Based on centuries-old knowledge about motherwort, Corimia® offers an innovative treatment alternative for these conditions.
Application
This medicine is a traditional herbal medicinal product, which is registered exclusively on the basis of long-standing use for the mentioned areas of application. This medicine is used in adults aged 18 years and over.
Note
If you do not feel better or even worse after 4 weeks, consult your doctor.
Ingredients
What Corimia contains:
1 film-coated tablet contains: The active ingredient is: Motherwort (Leonuri cardiaceae herba) 150 mg.
The other ingredients are: Highly dispersed silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, stearic acid, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, indigotin varnish (E132), brilliant blue FCF (E133), carmine (E120).
What should you consider before taking it?
Corimia must not be taken,
if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to motherwort or any of the other ingredients of this medicine
during pregnancy
How to take the medicine?
The recommended dosage for adults is 1 to 3 film-coated tablets daily. This allows for flexible adjustment of the intake.
This means that individual needs and circumstances can be taken into account.
If you have the impression that the effect of Corimia® is too strong or too weak, please consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Take the film-coated tablet with meals with sufficient liquid (e.g. a glass of water).
What side effects are possible?
The traditional use of motherwort has so far shown no side effects or interactions with other medicines1. Taking it is therefore considered to be harmless and safe, even in combination with other medicines.

Special storage instructions
No special storage conditions are required for this medicine. Keep this medicine out of the reach of children. Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the carton or container after "EXP".
Special notes on the content
Corimia are purple, oval film-coated tablets, which are packed in PVC/PVDC aluminium blister packs with 30 and 60 film-coated tablets.
