Iglo Backrohr Mini Rösti

iglo Mini Rösti - ideal as a warm snack. The small Mini Rösti are ideal for dipping and are an ideal party snack when topped with cheese.

Preparation recommendation:

In the oven:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C hot air). Spread the frozen Mini Rösti on a baking tray and bake on the middle shelf for approx. 15-17 minutes until golden brown, turning once after half the cooking time.
In the pan:
Heat approx. 2 cm of fat in a pan. Add the still frozen Mini Rösti and fry for approx. 3-4 minutes until golden brown, turning several times over a low heat.
In the deep fryer:
Preheat the deep fryer to 170°C, add the frozen Mini Rösti to the hot oil and fry for approx. 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Do not overfill the frying basket (ideally half full).

IMPORTANT: Follow the recommended preparation instructions and preparation times and do not brown the Mini Rösti too much. Excessive baking, roasting or deep-frying should be avoided. For smaller quantities, reduce the preparation time accordingly.
