This cooked and cured product consists exclusively of lean prime cuts of beef. Due to the intensive curing phase, a pleasantly mild curing note can develop, which is rounded off by the special decorative seasoning. Due to the special thermal treatment, this product also gets a light, pleasant smoky flavor.
