Clearspring BIO Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil
The distinctive nutty flavour and aroma of concentrated sesame oil brings an Asian touch to everyday cooking. The oil is made by gently roasting the unhulled sesame seeds before they are slowly pressed to release the delicate, fragrant oil. The roasted flavour is perfectly balanced and it is ideal for use in stir-fries as well as marinades, dressings, sauces or fried noodle dishes.
About Clearspring
When New Zealander Christopher Dawson travelled to Japan as a young law student and lived there, he became particularly interested in local agriculture. He later founded CLEARSPRING with a range of organic Japanese delicatessen products.
The aim of Christopher Dawson and Clearspring is to improve the ecological footprint through sustainable manufacturing and production processes.
The diverse products have been awarded over 18 food awards.
