So easy - our organic Black Tiger giant prawn is already deveined, peeled and ready to cook for your enjoyment. The cooked prawn has a pleasantly firm bite and a mild and delicate flavour. The prawns come from an EU-certified organic farm in southern Vietnam, where they are farmed under optimal conditions and sustainable practices.

And now for the preparation: After a short defrosting for 15 minutes in cold water, all culinary possibilities are open to you. A light salad or crispy summer rolls get a sophisticated touch with our prawns, while they provide a protein-rich dimension of flavour in a warm dish such as pasta, soup or stew. Be sure to try the classic recipe for a quick & delicious shrimp cocktail.

A short warming in boiling water is enough, and you are ready to be enchanted by the versatility and deliciousness of our organic Black Tiger giant prawn. It also makes a great shape in the pan when fried briefly.

The Bavarian prawn from HONEST CATCH is farmed sustainably and regionally just outside Munich and on the Kiel Fjord. The prawn comes completely without antibiotics or chemical additives and tastes nutty and slightly sweet.

Defrost gently overnight in the refrigerator.  Kitchen hygiene is important: Keep the cold chain, store separately from other products, work cleanly, heat thoroughly before consumption! Do not refreeze thawed goods

Storage conditions:

Store frozen at -18 degrees. Defrost in the refrigerator or at room temperature. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
