Frisch dazu: 250 g Faschiertes (Rind), 1 Dose rote Bohnen, 1 kleine Dose Mais (150g); Zubereitung: 1. Faschiertes in einem Topf mit 1 EL (10 g) heißem Sonnenblumenöl anbraten. 2. Mit 3/8 L (375 ml) Wasser aufgießen, Beutelinhalt einrühren und kurz aufkochen lassen. 3. Abgetropfte Bohnen und abgetropften Mais hinzufügen und halb zugedeckt bei geringer Hitze 5 Min. köcheln lassen. Gelegentlich umrühren.
