2 pieces of pork feet, with skin and bones, frozen.
The feet are traditionally used in Asia for cooking ramen broths. To make a ramen broth, the feet are cooked for hours in combination with pork knuckles, causing the collagen contained in the bones, tendons and rind to leach out and give the broth richness and substance. Towards the end, ramen broth is refined with bonito flakes and kombu seaweed.
In Austria, pork feet are also used to make the traditional Styrian "Klachelsuppe".

Storage conditions:
