Mariazeller Alpenfisch BIO Fischsauce

Organic fish sauce is a natural flavour enhancer that adds depth to dishes.

Enjoy sustainability in its most delicious form! Fish sauce made exclusively from the trimmings produced when filleting the finest organic trout
and char from Decleva's Alpenfisch. Carefully fermented, this has created a fine drop
that brings exquisite umami flavour to both regional dishes and Far Eastern specialities, such as Pad Thai,
Pho soup, green curry and summer rolls. The fish sauce is then bottled by the company Genusskoarl .

The cleaner the water and the lower the water temperature, the tastier the fish. In Deleva's ponds, the water flows from the springs directly from the Hochschwab massif and offers ideal living conditions for the fish. The fish grow slowly. They need 2.5 to 3 years to reach a size of 1 kg.

A lot of time, which our char and salmon trout naturally get: 2.5 to 3 years they mature with certified organic feed and nutrients from natural stream water. Until they finally reach their catch size and are distinguished by an incomparable, wholesome taste.

Storage conditions:

Store away from heat. After opening, store refrigerated and well sealed and
consume within 5 weeks.
