Oysters are the perfect way to start a festive menu and are one of the world's finest delicacies. Once opened, they can be enjoyed on their own or with a fine vinaigrette of shallots and red wine vinegar. They must be consumed immediately after opening. The product is also said to have an aphrodisiac effect.

A robust oyster for any occasion. It is a robust, elongated and irregularly shaped, bottom-cultured oyster from the Crassostrea gigas family.
It grows into a commercially viable oyster in two to three years. This species is often used for gratins.

Note:

The oysters must be tightly closed before opening. If they are already slightly open, please sort out the affected oysters. When opening, it is best to wear a specially designed protective glove to avoid possible injuries. After opening, the freshness of the oysters must be checked. If they are already dried out, please sort out the affected oysters.
