Morbidi Salsiccia with Rosemary
Made exclusively from shoulder and belly pork, the sausage is seasoned with pepper and rosemary to give it the characteristic flavour of this spice. The Salsiccia is then tied in natural casings and is therefore irreplaceable in Tuscan cuisine.
Preparation tips:

About the company:
It all began in 1925 with a small dairy in the old town of Siena. From then on, the name Morbidi became synonymous with "good food" for the locals. In the 1940s, we began working with pork and then with sheep's milk, in line with the oldest local traditions. Over the generations, we have developed into a modern company with a strong focus on sustainability and a short supply chain, but we have never forgotten where we started: in a wonderful place that is still ready to welcome anyone who comes through the heart of Siena.
