followfish MSC Fish Nuggets in Organic Crispy Breading
Our followfood Alaska Pollock comes from MSC-certified sustainable wild fishing in fishing area FAO67, more precisely the eastern Bering Sea. Its tender, white meat is very fine and tasty and is particularly suitable for being coated in a golden organic crispy breading.
Preparation recommendation:
Pan: Heat oil in a pan and fry the frozen nuggets over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, turning several times until golden brown.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake the frozen nuggets on the middle rack for 12-14 minutes (convection) or for 14-16 minutes (top and bottom heat) until crispy. Turn the nuggets after 10 minutes.
Air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Place the frozen nuggets in the frying basket and bake for 6-8 minutes until golden yellow.
Deep fryer: Heat oil to 170°C. Place the frozen nuggets in the frying basket and fry for 4-5 minutes until golden yellow.
