A rosé with a Burgundian note, which it brings from the Sankt Laurent grape variety. It impresses with its perfect balance of fruitiness, elegance and fine spice.

Bright salmon pink, the scent of fresh strawberries convinces immediately, some pomelo afterwards. 
On the palate it shows its vibrant acid structure, plenty of strawberry, sea buckthorn, white currant.

Wonderfully juicy and animating! Where is the second glass! 

Goes well with seafood, fried salmon, BBQ as well as light starters such as cream cheese.

This includes granite, loess and clay soils as well as an airy and cool climate, which in turn brings unique freshness and minerality with fruit to the palate. The harmoniously flowing family dynamics, which combines old knowledge and new spirit, gives the wines an unmistakably harmonious character.
