About the producer:
Stefan Windisch GmbH produces sausage and ham products in the 3rd generation according to the highest quality recipes, exclusively from regional raw materials.
Traditional and still handcrafted, but adapted to today's nutritional knowledge regarding fat content, salt content, smoking and excluding questionable additives such as emulsifiers, high-dose flavour enhancers and the like, which are often used for cheap recipes.
The beef to be processed comes from the nearby Bucklige Welt, lamb and veal from Styria and Carinthia, turkey from Burgenland, Mangalica pork from Lower Austria.
The pork used comes from the strictly controlled "animal welfare programme" of the AMA and from special regional programmes with special feeding regulations, short transport routes, animal-friendly slaughtering, the farmers' circular economy, etc.

Vacuum-packed, in an aluminium tray.
