We attach particular importance to short distances and direct processing on site. Like almost all of our products, our organic kimchi is carefully processed in our in-house production facility. We accompany it every step of the way – from harvesting to the finished organic Lutz jar.

Only selected ingredients in first-class organic quality make it into our organic kimchi. The fermented traditional dish with its incomparable interplay of acidity and spiciness is perfect as a spicy side dish for rice, Asian noodles, omelettes and fish and meat dishes.
