Blün Wiener Wels Leberkäse - Wels fillet cut with herbs and baked into Wels liver cheese - a treat whether cold or warm.
At blün, the catfish grow in a sustainable aquaponic system. The fish dung is filtered and provides the fertilisation for our vegetables. The sharp-toothed catfish has red to dark red flesh with a firm consistency.
