There are many "Sacher-Würstel", but only one ORIGINAL. The SACHER house attaches great importance to this. And it is not just an elongated "Frankfurter", but has an exclusive recipe. Many people do not know this, but connoisseurs notice it. It contains lean meat, half beef and half pork, exquisite spices, no questionable additives and is wrapped in the most tender sheep's casing.
Preparation:
Although it is versatile and uncomplicated, it should be treated gently. So bring water to a boil, remove the pot from the heat, add the sausages and let them steep for 10 minutes.

Stefan Windisch GmbH produces sausage and ham products in the 3rd generation according to the highest quality recipes, exclusively from regional raw materials.
Traditional and still handcrafted, but adapted to today's nutritional knowledge regarding fat content, salt content, smoking and the exclusion of questionable additives, such as emulsifiers, high-dose flavour enhancers and the like, which are often used for cheap recipes.
The beef used comes from the nearby Bucklige Welt, lamb and veal from Styria and Carinthia, turkey from Burgenland, Mangalica pork from Lower Austria.
The pork used comes from the strictly controlled "Animal Welfare Programme" of the AMA and from special regional programmes with special feeding regulations, short transport routes, animal-friendly slaughtering, the farmers' circular economy, etc.
