The Wiener Gemischter Satz DAC Ried Langteufel ÖTW Erste Lage is characterized by an elegant tropical fruit and apricot aroma in the nose. On the palate, it is taut and very straightforward. In the finish, there is a fine smoky component, which is created by the soil formation on the Nussberg.

Riesling Ried Preussen-Nussberg 2021 13,5% Vol.

The Riesling Ried Preussen ÖTW Erste Lage shows a concentrated apricot and jasmine blossom scent with orange zest. Typical smoky Nussberg aromas are presented in the nose. Very powerful and taut with salty aromas that are created by the shell limestone in the Preussen vineyard.

The Weingut Mayer am Pfarrplatz, the epitome of Viennese Heurigen culture, has a centuries-old tradition of producing the finest Viennese wines in Heiligenstadt since 1683. Vienna is the only metropolis in the world with significant wine-growing areas within its city limits and its terroir is unique. The Vienna wine-growing region covers an area of approx. 640 hectares. Our village wines grow in the Grinzing, Hernals and Wiener Nussberg vineyards. Our wines from the Preussen and Langteufel single vineyards are classified as Erste Lage.
