Smoked back bacon (unsmoked, frozen) in the British style. Hand-salted, hand-smoked, hand-cut and hand-packed in Vienna. The proper stuff, not Speck!

Serving suggestion:

A great addition to a Full English Breakfast but can also be used in pasta sauces, salads and much more – there’s always something you can cook with bacon!

About the producer:

Working together with Fleischerei Hödl we use only fully traceable, free range meat which comes straight from Tullnerfeld in Lower Austria. The majority of the spices and herbs added also come from within a 60 mile radius of Vienna. We are firm believers that local produce tastes better, helps the economy and minimises our carbon footprint. All sausages are gluten free (unless stated), with as little preservatives used as possible.

Kitchen hygiene is important: Keep cool, store separately from other products, work cleanly, heat thoroughly before consumption.

Storage conditions:
