- Change your footwear daily and avoid synthetic materials.
- You should only visit the sauna and steam bath after the fungal infection has healed.

Pevaryl 10mg/g Cream is applied thinly to the affected skin areas twice a day, if possible in the morning and evening, and gently massaged in (for application to the skin).
Before use, the affected skin areas should be thoroughly washed and carefully dried. To avoid further infections, also wash your hands after use.
The duration of treatment is on average 2 - 5 weeks.
The signs of the fungal infection usually recede significantly within 4-5 days after the start of treatment. Regular and sufficiently long use is particularly important for successful treatment, so treatment should be continued for about 3 - 4 weeks after the external signs of the disease (itching, redness, blistering, scaling of the skin) have subsided.
Use in children and adolescents (up to 18 years)
The safety and efficacy of use in these age groups has not been sufficiently demonstrated.
Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect of Pevaryl 10mg/g Cream is too strong or too weak.

If you forget to use Pevaryl 10mg/g Cream
Do not use double the amount if you forget to use the cream before. Continue using as usual.
If you stop using Pevaryl 10mg/g Cream
If you interrupt or prematurely discontinue treatment with Pevaryl 10mg/g Cream, the skin cannot shed all the fungal elements and permanent healing of the affected skin areas is not possible.
