- in case of severe constipation and suspected intestinal obstruction

Special care should be taken when taking Carbo medicinalis „Sanova“,
- if you have a tendency to bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract (in the case of stomach or duodenal ulcers, inflammatory bowel diseases). The stool may turn black after using Carbo medicinalis „Sanova“, but this is harmless. The stool should be observed for a few days after discontinuing Carbo medicinalis „Sanova“. If the black colour persists, a doctor should be consulted to rule out bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract.

Treatment of diarrhoea:

Dosage:
The recommended dose for adults, adolescents and children aged 2 years and over is 4
tablets 3 times a day.

Method of administration:
The tablets can be chewed or swallowed whole with some liquid.
For small children, the tablets should be crushed as finely as possible and administered with viscous or mushy
food, preferably without milk or sugar.

Duration of use:
Carbo medicinalis „Sanova“ should be used until the stool has returned to normal.
