What should you consider before taking it?

Inflamed Eye Eye Drops "Similasan" must not be used,
if you are allergic to Atropa bella-donna, Euphrasia 3c, Hepar sulfuris or any of the other ingredients of this medicine listed in section 6.

Warnings and Precautions
In the case of lens opacities (cataracts) or glaucoma, Inflamed Eye Eye Drops "Similasan" should only be used on the recommendation of a doctor.

Contact lenses should not be worn in the case of eye infections. However, if you are dependent on contact lenses, remove them before instilling the drops and do not reinsert the lenses until at least 15 minutes after treatment. It is also advisable to use the product after removing the lenses, in the evening before going to bed and in the morning upon waking, at least 15 minutes before inserting the lenses. Please note that an inflamed eye is more sensitive to lenses.

If new symptoms occur, e.g. a decrease in visual acuity, a doctor should be consulted immediately.

Measures in the event of an initial increase in symptoms
1. Stop using the product until the reaction has subsided.
2. Instill 1-2 drops into the eye once. Wait for the effect.
3. If the reaction recurs, proceed as described under 1. and 2.
4. If there is no further reaction, follow the recommendations in section 3 "How to use Inflamed Eye Eye Drops "Similasan"?

So-called initial reactions may occur when using homeopathic medicines. Such reactions generally subside rapidly on their own.

How to take the medicine

How to use Inflamed Eye Eye Drops "Similasan"?

Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or exactly as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The recommended dose is:
Adults, adolescents and children from 6 years of age:
1-2 drops per eye once to several times a day.

For use on the eye.

Instructions for use:

• Squeeze the flexible part of the dropper with two fingers and instill the drops into the eye.
• Avoid touching the tip with your fingers and direct contact with the eye.
• Close immediately after use!

Use in children
As there is insufficient data available, use in children under 6 years of age cannot be recommended.

No cases of overdose have been reported to date.

The active ingredients are:
1 g (=1 ml or 22 drops) contains:
303.33 mg Atropa bella-donna D 6, 303.33 mg Euphrasia 3c D6, 303.33 mg Hepar sulfuris D 12.

The other ingredients are:
Sodium tetraborate.10 H2O, boric acid, silver sulfate, sodium nitrate, highly purified water, lactose monohydrate (in traces), ethanol (< 0.1% as a component of the active ingredients)
