Fresh Pack French Brie
A soft, fluffy cow's milk cheese covered in white mould. It has a distinct milky taste and a mushroom smell. The exterior is covered with a white layer of mould, while the interior hides the cheese in a buttery colour.
It is a source of protein, calcium, vitamins B2, B12, A as well as zinc, selenium and folic acid. It contains no preservatives and a natural composition, while the milk used to produce it is of the highest quality.
Tip: The cheese goes well with both salty and sweet additions. On the cheese platter, it goes well with fruit. Its unique taste is perfectly underlined by red wine. Because of its distinct and milky flavour, it can be served for breakfast, e.g. with toasts with brie blue cheese, for lunch, e.g. with pasta with spinach, or for dinner, e.g. with salads with vegetables. It will be an ideal ingredient in French cuisine, especially when served warm.
