Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125 ml), cover and steep for 10 minutes. Then squeeze the filter bag and drink 1 cup of tea lukewarm, sipped several times a day. Note: Due to the degree of crushing of the ingredients, a sediment in your cup is natural.
