DR. KOTTAS Nervous Sleep Tea* is a calming medicinal tea with the active ingredients valerian root and lemon balm leaves. Valerian root is relaxing and sleep-inducing, lemon balm leaves have a calming effect. DR. KOTTAS Nervous Sleep Tea is a traditional herbal medicinal product for use in mild nervous restlessness, mild stress symptoms and difficulty falling asleep. Information on effects and possible undesirable effects is provided by the leaflet, doctor or pharmacist. The use of these traditional herbal medicinal products in the above-mentioned areas of application is based exclusively on many years of use.

Application

For use in mild, nervous restlessness, mild stress symptoms and difficulty falling asleep. Pour boiling water over 1 filter bag per cup (125 ml), cover and steep for 10 minutes. Then squeeze the filter bag well and drink the tea lukewarm, in sips. The tea can be sweetened to taste. DOSAGE: For adults and adolescents over 12 years: For mild nervous restlessness and mild stress symptoms: 1 cup of tea 3 times daily For difficulty falling asleep: ½ hour before bedtime 1-2 cups of tea For children 2-12 years: For mild nervous restlessness and mild stress symptoms: 1 cup of tea 2 times daily For difficulty falling asleep: 1 cup of tea ½ hour before bed
