Pure Encapsulations® L-Lysine

The dietary solution for fever blisters! L-lysine is an essential amino acid found predominantly in animal foods. Like all proteinogenic (protein-building) amino acids, L-lysine is a component of body protein. L-lysine has a high value together with L-methionine for the endogenous synthesis of L-carnitine. L-lysine is particularly important in the gentle treatment of herpes simplex infections. L-lysine inhibits the uptake of L-arginine, an amino acid that is important for virus replication. L-lysine offers dietary support both for acute herpes infections and to reduce frequently recurring lesions. The skin barrier restoration phase can also be significantly shortened.

For the dietary treatment of herpes simplex infections. Supportive for frequently recurring lesions. For faster healing of acute herpes blisters. For an effective reduction of the L-arginine level. Recommended intake: 3×1 capsule per day between meals.
