The mucilage contained forms a physical protective film that keeps foreign particles out. This relieves the irritation of the cough and allows the mucous membrane to recover quickly.
BRONCHOSTOP® Children's Cough Syrup helps quickly and reliably with any cough caused by a cold, especially an irritating cough, as well as hoarseness, a scratchy throat and the need to clear the throat.
In addition, BRONCHOSTOP® Children's Cough Syrup helps to protect the mucous membranes of dry mouth and throat. The film of mucilage also protects the mucous membrane when speaking or singing, and the symptoms such as coughing, scratching of the throat and clearing of the throat are permanently alleviated.
BRONCHOSTOP® Children's Cough Syrup is a cough syrup with natural ingredients and is alcohol-free.
BRONCHOSTOP® Children's Cough Syrup is very well tolerated and therefore ideal for children.
BRONCHOSTOP® Children's Cough Syrup is very suitable during the day, but also for the night. Due to its soothing effect, it ensures a peaceful and restful sleep.
Irritant cough - irritable cough
Irritant cough is usually dry, without sputum and can have a variety of
triggers. When a cold starts or at the end of a cold-cough cycle, irritation of the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract can be particularly common. But dry air, foreign particles such as dust or allergens, or viruses and bacteria can also irritate the mucous membranes.
Productive cough - cough with sputum
The body's own mucus+ lm, which keeps the bronchial tubes moist and protects them from drying out, consists of various components such as dead cells, various proteins and white blood cells. In case of respiratory diseases, the composition as well as the colour and consistency may change. If there is an increase in mucus production, the body tries to remove it from the branched network of bronchial tubes by coughing. The mucus is transported towards the mouth, where it can either be swallowed or spat out.
A productive cough also causes irritation of the mucous membrane in the throat and pharynx, and BRONCHOSTOP® Children's Cough Syrup also helps to soothe the irritation.
Dry and irritated mucous membranes of the mouth and throat
When the mucous membranes of the mouth or throat are dry and irritated, BRONCHOSTOP® Children's Cough Syrup forms a protective+ lm to help irritated mucous membranes.
