Application

In order for Linola Protective Balm to counteract soreness, a thin layer of cream should be applied once a day to all exposed skin areas. For adults
a cream strand about 2 cm long is usually sufficient for this. More can of course be used if needed.

For athletic exertion (e.g. running, cycling, horseback riding, rowing), application before each training session or competition is recommended.

For babies, Linola Protective Balm should be applied "front and back" after every nappy change. This way, the protection against soreness is maintained.
Wiping new stool together with the protective balm is easier with soft cosmetic wipes. The protective film is also easy to remove when bathing.

It is recommended that you always renew the protective fi lm after using toilet paper, wet wipes or flannels.
This area can be cleaned particularly gently if you apply Linola Protective Balm with soft toilet paper and then wipe it off carefully.
In the case of incontinence (urine and faeces), Linola Protective Balm provides valuable services. After cleansing or washing, apply a thin layer of cream to the affected skin areas. In these cases, repeated application is recommended. The same applies to skin irritations due to menstruation.
